Bull. This piece was entered in the 2004 Harrisburg
Cow Festival in Pennsylvania and is now on display in
Biddle Hall at Cheyney. The story of African-American
history is painted on a cow. Exposing our students to
art is unmasking many talents. We are developing a
new generation of artists.
