First, find what you like to purchase and email: customerservice@octobergallery.com or call 215-352-3114. We’ll set up the terms.
You’ll receive an email from us indicating the terms for the art sale with an ID#.

Second, USE THIS LINK to make your down payment.

Third, fill in the form below including your typed signature. NOTE: use the ID# you received in your email from us to fill in the IDNumber on the form.
