Merchant/Organization is totally responsible for the care and well-being of the art, kiosk, mobile display and October Gallery brand. If this agreement is terminated the kiosk or mobile display and all unpaid product must be returned to October Gallery. If not, merchant/organization will be responsible for the value of all unpaid product and $500 for the kiosk / mobile display. Only product purchased from October Gallery can be displayed on the kiosk.
The Merchant/Organization gives October Gallery the right to use their logo and name to advertise the merchant partnership with Art To Go.
October Gallery will assist with some marketing of your business or fundraiser.
This agreement can be terminated at any time with a 30 day written notice to either party.
